Membership (continued)

All members will fall into three categories: active, retired, or associate. No member shall join or be controlled by any other labor organization, provided that is does not prohibit cooperative efforts of the National, State, or subordinate lodges of the Fraternal Order of Police with labor organizations for their common good.

Members shall stay in "Good Cause" and "Good Standing" as defined in Article 3, section 1, subsection C &D of the Garland FOP Lodge #68 Constitution and By Laws, in orde rto remain a member of this organization. Membership Dues: All members of the Garland Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #68 shall pay dues by payroll deduction.
